Ali Salman Siddique is a highly esteemed figure in international development and project management, possessing extensive knowledge in legal frameworks, public policy, and institutional reform in Pakistan. He is recognized for his leadership in numerous national and provincial transformation initiatives, known for executing large-scale projects with accuracy, integrity, and a long-term perspective. With academic qualifications from the University of Sussex, BPP Law School, and the University of Warwick, his diverse background in law, economics, and development studies gives him a well-rounded understanding of global development dynamics.
Ali Salman has been pivotal in governance and public sector reform, serving as a former Member of the Provincial Assembly of Punjab and later as the Chairperson of Punjab TEVTA, Pakistan’s largest skills provider. His leadership saw significant changes in technical and vocational education, promoting public-private partnerships and aligning youth skill development with the needs of the international market. In the realm of Multinational Project Management Consultancy, he offers invaluable expertise in stakeholder management, regulatory compliance, cross-border collaboration, and sustainable development frameworks. His leadership amplifies the consultancy’s capacity to provide scalable, high-impact solutions across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, governance, and digital innovation, effectively bridging the gap between policy and practice on a global scale.
Farhan Zainulabdin
Farhan possesses 38–years’ experience in global project management and international relations scholarship. He has worked in Africa, Middle East, Europe, Pakistan and China. He has represented various Chinese state-owned and private companies in different countries, notably in public sector infrastructure development projects. Farhan has led the development of the largest real estate project in sub-Sahara Africa comprising investment from Italy, Switzerland, China and Qatar. He also led a construction company with Chinese and Saudi investment in Saudi Arabia. He holds notable experience in charity work leading a high profile non-governmental organization in Pakistan, Europe and Africa. Farhan has studied at IBA, Karachi, Trento University and the hlighly regarded POLSIS at Queensland University.

Hassan Mehmood Joiya is a dynamic and results-oriented Project Management Expert with a distinguished footprint in public sector engagement, institutional development, and high-level strategic liaison across Pakistan’s governance landscape.
Currently serving as Head of Government Relations, Hassan plays a pivotal role in building strategic bridges between public institutions, development partners, and private stakeholders.
